Quick Clicks
There are a lot of features to our HJ Pro Digital software that get overlooked. Some of these features include rotating thumbnails, refreshing the thumbnail source folder, and hiding rejected images. All these things can be done by right-clicking your mouse when it is over the thumbnail preview area. Mac users can achieve the same tools by holding down the <control> and <apple> keys while clicking on their mouse. Now you have access to rotating thumbnails so they are easier to preview and order from. Herff Jones customers can also use this menu to do many other tasks such as displaying only selected images, renaming digital files within the preview area, and open a preview in a image application such as Adobe PhotoShop.

Camera File Names
Just a friendly reminder that when saving digital camera files, studios should note that the file name can not be longer than 15 characters and should not include any of the following symbols: ,^&*=|<>?()’~
